Veronica Yazigi, LPC
My professional career in counseling started in 1994, after obtaining my professional license as a Psychologist in Chile. I earned a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2005. In 2007, I received my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license from the Texas State Board of Professional Counselors. I am also an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida.
The last 20 years of my career have been in community mental health. My professional and personal development have brought me to where I am today. Therapy can help you let go of unhealthy patterns and unleash your potential.
Living in different countries allowed me to interact with diverse individuals who expanded my worldview. Differences add richness to the tapestry of life. I value diversity and learning about new cultures and traditions. I am fully bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish, so if English is your second language, we can either "falar em Português" or "hablar en Español" or switch back and forth. I am also an LGBTQ+-affirming clinician.
